Has anyone pictures of a depot hack with a top that can be lowered so it will go in a trailer? Seems I saw a picture of one once but can't find it now.

I do remember a member solving the height problem by bolting on some smaller diameter wheels (model a?) for transport, and replacing the proper wheels at the destination.

Not exactly a Depot Hack but Terry Horlick built a “Mountain Wagon” that is shown below:
