Compression readings - are these OK?

I did a compression test today, on a warm engine, and here's what I got:

#1 - 45 psi
#2 - 50 psi
#3 - 45 psi
#4 - 47 psi

Are these OK?

With a 4 to 1 compression ratio, those are the numbers I'd be hoping for. Much higher would indicate a large carbon buildup, much lower could indicate valve or ring issues. Recommend measuring compression with throttle wide open and three good compression cycles on the cylinder.

That's exactly what I did, as per other postings I read here on the Forum prior to doing my own test... so I'm glad my readings are right on the money!
