What would cause the L4 Kingston Carburetor to leak from the hole in the bottom of the carburetor Bowl?
I have reset has side drain on bottom. Center has a nut with a threaded shaft in the center of the bowl. There is a hole in the middle of the shaft that holds the bowl on to the main body. Fuel flows freely out of this hole when the fuel is turned on. How do I fix this leak?

Might be an overflow outlet. Check your float level and needle seating. If needle's stuck, sometimes a tap near the needle location will reseat it without removing the carb (sometimes not ;o) )
