That's a '17 - up square felloe non-demountable front wheel. Fits 30 x 31/2" clincher tire.

If the wood is real solid, and the clincher rim edges are smooth, at least 1/8" thick edges, and no rust flakes that thins the clincher rim, then value is about $25-$50 on a good day.

If the OD is 25", it would be a 30 x 3.

Mike

You are correct, was wrong on my post .....oops.

And typical too as front non-demountable were normally for that smaller tire.

So for that, as many don't like the tiny tires up front, my value guide should be discounted by 20% :-)

Round felloes were used at least through the end of 1917 model year (through at least July 1917).

Earliest TT trucks would have had this wheel on the front with 30x3 pneumatic tires and solid rubber tired wheels on the rear.

Here's some pics of the TT chassis , out building rescue , never seen a fan like this and the odd horn button on the steering wheel is missing parts
Engine turns over easily had magnets in place but starter is gone , also has two sets of numbers one stamped over the other , trying to sort that out to determine year . What are your thoughts about it ?
