That cowl vent is aftermarket. Rather nice for Edsel and friends on trip out west in the heat!



Later T's with slant windshield and tilting frames throw a nice bit of air over the feet and pedals, keeping you sort of cool in summer. Therefore cowl vents were mostly helpful on close cars. But that '15 would benefit with a cowl vent.
