any suggestions on getting the pulley off? pin is out but the pulley will not move.

You may need a puller. Hard to get it straight on with the pan on the engine though.. I got the pulley off with the radiator removed and the general purpose puller at an slight angle to clear the front engine mount.

got it off! with the right size 2 arm gear puller,
the gear puller shaft can be run thru the hand crank
bushing giving a straight pull on the pulley.that and a little heat it popped lose.

I'd be a little concerned about heating the front crankshaft. What will the heat do to the front main babbit?
