Great :-)
Unfortunately, any surviving rubber accelerator would be deteriorated and unusable by now.

There were similar floor mounted rubber ball devices sold over here during the 50's and 60's - but for windshield washing.

OT, but the windshield washer pump on my 1969 Plymouth Valiant was a rubber bulb on the floor. Worked great! :-)

Perhaps these are the applicable Canadian and US patents for it:

CA Patent 224637

US Patent 1508418

I like the address of the coupon. Just the company name, city and state.
Street name and number were not necessary.
I moved to an area that still uses the 7 digits for the phone not all 10 digits.

The '25 Studebakers had one of those rubber ball accelerators.
one I am working on works fine.
The First Sunbeam Imps that came here had a rubber ball under the gas pedal with a hose connected to it that went back to the rubber ball on the carb.
were all coveted over to cable before I ever got involved with them.
The Imp was made in Scotland, a Hillman Imp, but called a Sunbeam in the U.S.
