Google sometimes gets it right, sometimes comes close, and sometimes is wildly off. In this case they left out a couple of words. They bring [or are bringing] flowers for the girls.

Black & Brass bulb horn. Probably a June 1912 or later, touring. Bruce notes the use of black & brass horns, etc., on page 121 of his Book.
