Google sometimes gets it right, sometimes comes close, and sometimes is wildly off. In this case they left out a couple of words. They bring [or are bringing] flowers for the girls.
Yes, I expect the girls like them, even in B&W.
I don't know if they are "Pancho Villa's Merry Men" or not, but they sure do look like they're ready to have a really good time, and there can be no doubt that girls will be involved.
