Saw a similar (but not lowered) combination in Santiago, Chile 20 years ago. A father and son, both members of Automoviles Antiguos de Chile, operated two Model T's in their scrap metal business. One of these cars was a stretched T chassis with an A roadster pickup body and a larger home-made box on the back. Both T engines had been hopped with a hodgepodge of distributor ignitions, Waukeshau/Ricardo heads, you name it. They weren't pretty but they did what the owners needed. I should try to dig up the photos.
