The Milwaukee area Model A club has their annual swap meet the first Sunday in March at the Washington County Fairgrounds at West Bend, WI. It is a one day indoor swap meet. I have done quite well buying T parts there in previous years. Be there when they open. It takes about an hour to see everything. Vendors usually start leaving about noon.
