Or is it a 10?
My guess is a 10 because of the lip on the fenders, the number of body rivets below the seat and the height of the top.
Likely June 1909 or earlier as the Dove Gray paint was dropped around that time on the runabouts. The top is gray to match and has the gray painted top irons of the early ones.
The mid year 1909 had billed front fenders. The rivet are just two on the front near the cowl, but on the side are three rivets. 1910 then had three rivets at the front of the body to match the side ones.
This is a 1909 too. Post card dated July 1909.
