Perhaps they are running the band out of town in a car because they were out of hot tar and feathers. They need a manifold cooker for the deer they hit on the way out.

No, it is a 1912 with the removable foredoors. Note the 1913-1925 tourings had the hinges for the rear door located at the rear of the door. The earlier 1911 style bodies on the early 1912s had the hinges at the rear of the door also, but the slab sided 1912 USA and Canadian bodies had the latch at the front of the door and hinge to the rear for the rear doors.
