Irvin is one of the many companies that made aftermarket fore-doors for 1911 and earlier Model T touring cars. This ad appeared in the Saturday Evening Post November 18, 1911. (Around the time my car was built.) The car pictures is a 1911.
Many other cars companies had fore-doors by 1911, so adding fore-doors to your open front Ford helped you to keep up with the Jones'.
In October 1912, Ford offered fore-doors for their 1911 car customers. Ten bucks!
