Here is my eight wheeler late afternoon on Route 66 east of Goffs, CA.
Looks like very large accessory brakes on the rear plus some added clamps, straps to keep the rims from spinning in the tire. KGB
The T is already remarkably all-terrain given its light weight, flexible frame, and long suspension travel. If you could drive that "Crawlabout" (lol that's a perfect name) like a dozer then you could take that thing literally ANYWHERE.
Could even flip the exhaust and intake manifolds upside down in order to gain some more clearance for deep mud and water. Plus that big of a footprint for a T and she'd just run right on top of the snow. Sure would be cool to find the original or re-create this beast.
