One of our favorite hunting grounds was along a river that was flooded when the water got high. There were about 30 T Touring bodies among the scrap iron that we robbed treasures off of. Sticking out of the dirt was all manner of art like this wheel including a Harley frame and front end. If we only had the foresight to save some of it.
At swap meets my wood wheels end up going as garden ornaments rather than for cars. It is funny how things evolve.
