The car is a mid '17 or '18 Canadian Touring. Note that the horn button is on top of the column which means the steering wheel mounted button came later, possibly in '19 or for sure in '20.

I do see the front door hinges which would indicate it is Canadian.

However, the front tires appear to be 30 x 3 so the wheels are 24 inch. Shouldn't they be 23 inch with 30 x 3.5 tires on a Canadian car?

Since it has an accessory top, maybe the front door is also an accessory.

You can still see the top irons sticking out of the arm rests both front and rear with the prop nut on it. Wonder if the rear iron isn't in some way hold the back portion of the top down? Then it's buttoned up round the outside with side curtain fasteners.
