1923 TOURING:
I am trying to figure out what rear fender braces I should be looking for. I am re-wooding using Leon Parker's plans. Going slow, but it is nearing Spring so need to re-focus. Leon's plans show (2) steel braces (which I have) bolted to the rear seat area, (1) called Rear Seat Pillar and the other, TOP IRON AND FENDER BRACE. This brace has to fitting that appear to have pipe thread fittings. The top fitting is for top irons I assume and the bottom fitting is for attaching the rear fender.
Can anyone help me identify the part that is used to attach to the fender eye bolts.
Big swap meet coming up in a couple of weeks so need to know what I am looking for.
Thank you, Paul in Tacoma

The fender iron looks like the top saddle arm but is longer

Thank you Thomas for the pics. I think I have found what I need locally. Bill Bender has them he says, in fact he has almost anything anyone will ever need. Good Guy to deal with.

Good luck on your project Paul. I am piecing together a 24 touring from scratch and have just got to the point of nailing the body panels on. I too stated with Leon Parker's plans. Even with them it has been slow but still a great learning experience. Several people in my area as well as on this forum have been of great help. I consider myself to be very lucky to have interacted with them all!
