Attached is a photo of my "horseless carriage" project as of today (six weeks so far). Did a bit of painting and pinstriping on the body and started making the folding fabric top. As I fashion the model, it is hard to imagine that highwheel motor cars were contemporaries of the early Model Ts.

Have a great week.

Best regards,
Mike Hanson

BTW, the model is 18 inches long.

Mike,

Some of those old farmers were really conservative! And, they could handle pretty deep ruts.

Excellent! You must be putting a lot of hours in to get that far in 6 weeks.
Nice to see it.

Thanks guys. I would guess that I have about 60 hours into it over the last six weeks.

The top is proving to be the most challenging aspect of the build. Like a real top on a Model T, the geometry has to be correct to make it look right and fold correctly. So far, I have had two aborted tries at it and hoping that the third time'so the charm.

Best regards,
Mike
