It's unusual to see a Ford that late ('13, I think) with so many horse-drawn vehicles still in use.

The T in the foreground is interesting. It looks like a '14 but has electric lights and what looks like a battery box on the running board. It also has accessory shock absorbers.

It could be a South Dakota license plate. S D at left was 1917 and later. Just a Fuzzy guess.
