A fellow shared with me that as a kid he and his brother used to go over to the railroad yard and watch them unload the new Model T's from the rail cars. He said it was the sweetest sound he ever heard. Within a month they all rattled and sounded like the rest of the Fords but the new ones were pretty wonderful. This photo adds an image to that story.
The fellow and his brother grew up to be the local Harley dealers. Talk about sweet sounds.
