Looks like a good deal, and it is a real no kidding 1915 touring. Block casting is 3 17 15 - a very rare car to find with a lot of great accessories.

It appears to have original design Rocky Mountain brakes on it as well, the ones with the band anchor at the rear.

Awful lot of rivets in that hood! I have 2, 1xUSA and 1x Canadian, I would have to combine the features of the 2 to end up looking like that one. is it correct?
I like it. I think the car looks real sporty with the wire wheels and red paint. It should be a great tour car for someone and it is a true, HCCA eligible 1915-not a 1915 look alike.
