Hi, Do all Model T steering columns have a bracket that mounts to the dashboard? Mine just bolts directly to the floor and I was wondering if this could be correct.
Also, my horn sounds kind of sick, anyone know anything about them? Looks like an electric 2 wire horn with a steering column button. Thank you all

According to the MTFCA encyclopedia, the factory column to dash bracket was added for 1924 models, so your 1923 wouldn't have come with one from the factory. There were accessory column brackets available during the period:
