The vintage garage at our museum is slowly taking shape. Last Friday Frank Goepferich and Bill Waymire of the Southwest Ohio club and Ron Hughes of the Henry's Hoosiers club completed painting the ceiling. Next on the list is installing the lights and building the partition wall. To do so we need an Indiana licensed electrician for the lights and a small crew with construction abilities to build the wall. If you are willing to help out with any of these projects, please call the museum or Jerry Kramer at 765 969 6338. None of them are huge projects and could be completed in one day or less with the right equipment and a little help.
Also, Garry Houser and Mark Atkins along with Frank Goepferich's crew have just about finished the rehab of the bathroom in the annex. Things are really looking up at your museum
Jerry, That's really good news. I'm looking forward to seeing it when we come to the Homecoming on June 2 to 4th. That should really be an enjoyable event.
Would love to see some pictures! Thanks for all the hard work.
A big thank you to you and others for all the help "y'all" (that's southern for a plural you) have done!
For some of us it is just a little too far to drive over and help during the day or on the weekend. Funny -- the older I get the shorter the distance seems to be that is a little too far to drive. If it would help if we contributed towards the wiring project or to the museum in general, please let us know. And yes, I understand there will always be things to do etc. But there is this special event coming up. And while some of us may not be able to be physically present, we still want to help to make it special for those who can make it.
