You can find muffler bearings next to the blinker fluid.

You can also get elbow grease, clear taillight lenses and red headlights.
Don't forget left handed screwdrivers, pilot wrenches of various sizes, and sky hooks.

If you are into speed there is an adjustable power band, and a boost bar.

Finally there is radiator insulation so you can touch the radiator without getting burned.
