Still going through the stuff I got with my centerdoor.Set of lights looks old? Some type of mag?and a Bear Automatic tool of some type?I have put some T stuff on the classified.
The lamps look to be household perhaps. That is a Bear wheel alignment tool, used to measure toe in. Probably 1950's - 1960's.
the mag would work on my 1921 7 h.p. Waterloo boy gas engine if you would sell it . charley
The Bear tool is sold,Charley the mag is spoken for but if he changes his mind you are next,Thanks
The lamp is very similar to the body side lights on a 1919 Hudson Turing Limo. I think that several auto makers used a similar lamp on large closed sedans in the late teens.
Evan I looked it up and you are right it does look like the Hudson.
Evan is correct.
That is an automobile lamp, typically on enclosed cars.
On sedans, sometimes they were mounted near the roof line on the door post.
Years ago, a friend of mine had a Studebaker five passenger coupe that had that style of light on the cowl. I've also seen them on other cars.
Don't know if they were standard equipment or aftermarket.
Electric cars used similar lamps mounted at various locations depending on the body style. However, the lamps with which I am most familiar on electric cars tend to be more elaborate.
Charley the mag is back for sale.call or email me
