Today we toured to Bone, ID for our VMCCA chapter's third year in a row. I reported the first one here:
We took the '20 Speedster this time. I remembered a discussion we had about grease on bright colored chassis. After oiling the moving parts it took a while to get it clean again.
Last year we made the trip in our Bus with our newest member.
It is always a beautiful drive over a quiet Idaho back road. The burgers were great too.
Looks like fun, Rich!
I like the way the darker colors of the oil etc accentuate the lines between the different parts after clean-up. :-)
I thought you were going to say something funny about Burger.
Instead you talk about grease on your T.
A T without streaks of oil, oil leaks, and grease droppings is just a fancy vehicle.
A real T marks its territory.
Could we get a pic showing the entire "bus" please? You've made me very curious.
Fred, I mistook this car for a show car when I built it. I still enjoy the 40 year old Dulux on the chassis when I can wipe through the grease and oil. Burger would have enjoyed the drive to Bone.
Gary, The Bus has graced this forum several times. Here are some links:
