I have been curious to try and find out where my '17 Touring was manufactured. The engine is from 1917 but don't know where (#2250807, 10-5-17). The body is B288447-9 (the 9 is harder to read). A "B" is stamped under the front seat. Can anyone help me or point me to the right place to look?

The body was made in Pontiac Michigan by the OJ Beaudette company. Hence the "B" under the seat.

Since the date on the block is 10-15-17 you actually own a 1918 Model T.

Fiscal year / Model Year 1918 ran from August 1, 1917 to July 30, 1918. Serial numbers for 1918 began at 2,113,502 and go to 2,756,251.

More info about your 1918 T is here:

Note that production of 1918 tourings was only 432,519.

This compares to the 1917 production output of 568,128 tourings and the 1919 production output of 286,935 tourings. WWI affected production in a big way with material shortages in 1918 and into 1919.
