Nos points come up on ebay frequently if you know what you are looking at, cap and rotor is harder to find. The condensor is another hard thing to find, but you can find incomplete distributors to rob parts from.

Many years ago before there was a Forum or Classified ads I was in need of a distributor cap for an Atwater Kent Model LA. After a long search I decided to make my own...borrowed a cap and made a mold using silicone rubber mold former. I then cast a number of caps using TAP Plastics casting resin with black coloring...and perfected the process. Pictured are some experimental samples before I inserted the terminals for the wires. Seem to work fine. Not that difficult. This process could be improved considerably with some mold improvement and dedicated fixtures and machining set-ups.
