Bought the 1911 timer wiring loom from Lang's and one end has brass terminals and the other is twisted wire. Question is which goes where, I took a wild guess and installed with bras terminals on the timer. Is this correct?
There should be terminals on both ends.
Brass terminals go to the coil box.
So were the wire ends at the timer soldered into loops?
The wire ends were twisted as to from a loop.
Phil, on the original style 1911 wiring loom: The soldered twisted loops are attached to the timer. The other end should be copper ends that are attached to the coil box.
Thanks guys, I'll be correcting my mistake today.
