Is that a 1915 Illinois plate?
I believe that these are the retro-fit fore-doors that Ford made available for the 1911 cars in October of 1912. The off-set that that blends into the bottom of the seat make for a very handsome set of doors. Notice the matching pinstripe.

I wonder if those ol' gals didn't have a heck of an overheating problem with that enormous license plate stuck on the radiator ?!?

The plate is a 1913 Illinois. It is designed like a stencil so air can flow through it-between the letters and numbers.
