Is this a T tool?

There are a lot of 9/16 nuts on a T. Engine to frame, engine & hogshead to pan, firewall bracket to frame, steering bracket, etc., etc.
Yes it is, but labeled as such makes it a black car feature.
5Z-195 started life as T 2323 in the original tool issue of 1911. Not supplied with cars, but available to dealers and then of course available for resale to users.
It became 3Z-646 in 1917, and then 5Z-195 in 1920
Is there a reference book (webpage?) for this tool info?
Yes - Bruce McCalley's black book - "Model T Ford, The Car that Changed the World" has an extensive listing of tools.
I presume it is also in Bruce's encyclopedia CD which I don't have.
Tractor maybe? New to me.
