With an adaptor plate they do but the 28 chev twin port is more popular for the trouble it takes to fit one up.
The fact that he knows it's 25-27 implies he knows that the 28 head is the one everyone wants. And No - it won't "fit a Model T". You can however, and like almost anything "make it fit". Neal Jern was making adapter kits to do this. Is it worth the expense and effort? IDK. 1:1 rocker arms... 1928 has 1.5:1 rockers - 50% increase in valve opening and that one I can tell you goes like a scalded cat.
