I want to install a dash shield on my 1920 runabout.
The holes are pretty small. How is this attached?
Many thanks!

Steel round head slotted wood screws, raven finished. I think they're #7 or 8, 9/16" long.

They should be #6 and were 1/2" long since the dash in 1920 was 11/16" thick. Dash typically was veneered so you don't want the screw to go any deeper than the back side of the internal core or the veneer on the engine side will begin to lift at the screw protrusion.
