Nice photo! A little modern for me, but a fairly early '26 I believe.
The license plate looks to be Pennsylvania, but even zoomed in I couldn't tell for certain what year it is. But it does appear to be somewhere in the '30s. Overall, the car looks to be in decent shape, but those tires(????)!
Looks like it might be a lighted Motometer. And I like those cowl lights on there. You rarely see after-market cowl lights like those on model T Fords. (Although, actually, the cowl lights look like they might be off a Buick?)
