I can't remember if this has been posted before, but at that price it's a possibility that it's been listed for a while.
Has anyone seen one before or have more information?
That's pretty neat! Altho I think it might be a little smallish and the car behind will practically have to be on top of ya in order to see it clearly enough. I like the semaphore I got from Jay. And it was a lot cheaper!! LOL
I like it at only $625 its a hella of deal!!
Can you post a pic of your semaphore, please ?
That seller's stuff never meets reserve or the buy it now is insane at the prices they want, our stuff would make us millions.
I like this one
Here's one like Tim's
Here's a few others.
Burger..at the risk of being redundant and copying Jay..here's the unit on my '20. Sorry that one pic is a bit blurry.
I think the the mechanical turn signals are really cool. I particularly like the one in the photo Tim posted. However, in fear of the majority of drivers out there who have no clue what theses signals mean, I opted for electric turn signals out of fear of being clobbered.
Henry..thanks. And I agree with you and have the egypt lights on all mine. I probably will seldom use the semaphore but its just too cool to not hang on the car. It was also mfg. in Ohio, in the early 20's which is kinda neat. It also came with the original box in excellent condition. I also like those signals that point a finger!
This was patented in Brisbane , Queensland , in June 1926 on an earlier chassis - 1923-25 perhaps ? No record of successful sales .............and definitely no survivors!
