That is probably one made in early calendar year 1915. The 1914 style body carried over for several months into 1915. During that time, the 1915 style louvered hoods, steering columns, coil boxes, and sidelights with integrated brackets appeared. However, this one looks like it has electric headlights. It has probably been converted. The sidelights seemed to have gotten lost too.
Well, wherever that kid goes it's in high gear since he can't reach low.

Looks like they were trying to make it look like the new "all black" Model T... Note the painted radiator, 1917 style rear window, etc.
