I know it's not a Ford.
The focus is on the women. The pose is not typical.
You don't usually see an expression on a face like the woman on the left in these photos that are long exposures.
A no-prize to anyone that really knows what type of car it is.

When that photo was taken, roll film was very fast.

An outdoor snapshot like that would not have required a timed exposure. Just a simple flip the lever that operated the shutter.

PS: the car appears to be an electric.

Note the side lamps (lack of tank indicates electric) and what appears to be a patent leather dash and fender.

Also, the wires hanging down on the bottom left of the photo and what appears to be part of the motor.
