This was included in a box of Model T parts that I got. It doesn't look familiar to me, is this just a loose screw in the box? HAHA.

Looks a lot like the screws that hold the armrest wood blocks to the body wood on my cut-off 1924 touring, although mine were flat head instead of oval head. The armrest wood blocks are countersunk so that the heads of the screws don't stick up, so an oval head screw would work just fine. :-)
