Harold; It is a universal oil seal with steel body. The ID is 30 mm , width 4mm. the OD is not important.
I cut the outside to make teeth for a better [attach] with glue.

Google model t ford crankshaft seal mtfca and you'll find several threads and I listed some part numbers there for the seal you can find locally.
Clean the area extra good and fit the seal neatly to the front using ULTRA Black by Permatex to glue it on. let it sit overnight and no leaks!
