It looks like most of the lifting mechanism, gears, are gone. I have pictures of a dump box that I took at the Old Car Festival a few years ago. I am not sure what brand but they will give you a good idea of what is needed. I will look for them tonight. You might get lucky and find a set that needs to be re-worked. Another route is to find someone with a functioning outfit and have them re-cast.
Do you have any pictures of the truck?

The motor and transmission have been overhauled, so I think I will get it running and then decide if I keep it or sell it. You can't see it but it has a warford, and the rear tires are brand new firestones. I also may or may not put the dump bed on. This is a side project.
