Hi all, I'm replacing my Bendix spring today and was wondering if anyone has a good way to get the new tab washers bent.

Any advice?

Tim, it helps to put a bit of a bend in the straight tab before you tighten the bolts. That gives you a start for the bend you need. I think what you fellows call channel locks are what we call multigrips. They are your friend.

I don,t use the washer, I install the bolt with loc-tite and never tighten it. The spring connection must remain loose or it will brake.
