Ok I started a thread a week or so ago about some stuff I saw hoarded. I stopped again today and talked to the owner. I don't need all that stuff but somebody does. He also has a c-cab truck he sent pictures of. All the stuff in the pics in my previous thread and I don't think I took pics of all, but most he says he will take $500. He has a c-cab with a 23 motor he wants $1400. He says this one chassis/cowl is a Chevy or Whippet. He has a 34 Ford 1 or 1 1/2 ton also, missing grille. If anybody is interested this stuff is 30 miles from me. I need out of it a rear axle and I was thinking a c cab. I thought if anybody was interested maybe we could go in on the parts and split them up or if anybody wants it all then that's fine. He told me he's open to offers and he'd sell me a rear end but the package deal is cheaper. I guess maybe I should have put this in the classifieds but the other thread is here somewhere. He just wants the stuff gone. Here are some pics of the c cab and I'm thinking this is a Whippet because Chevy had overhead valves.

Corey, are you looking for a TT rear end?

Corey, Decades ago, I used to know the location of a TT truck and a 34 BB truck in your area. I think they might have been in the Wortham, TX area. Could this be them? Just answer yes or no. You don't have to give the actual location if you don't want to.

These are in Tyler. There used to be a bunch of cars there. I used to make my dad stop there when I was a kid so I could look around. I haven't walked down in there since the early 90s. There was a 37 Plymouth coupe there but it's gone. There a 40s F1 a 50s, I'll say 55 Plymouth and some Corvairs. I never got to the fenders because I had the guy on the phone and I saw dog tracks and he said oh yeah be careful go ahead and shoot it if you want. I didn't want to get bit over fenders and I don't carry a gun or go around killing dogs:-)

Take a friend with a gun just in case, and a bunch of M-80 firecrackers to scare the dog with. If he doesn't scare with the M-80's, let your friend take action with the gun. Even 'rat shot' in a .22 might be enough.

In Texas I would be more concerned about rattle snakes.
