I have a 280 reground cam and using stainless valves what should I set the valves at plus using a 7 degee timing gear thanks mike

reground or new I set at .010 intake and .012 exhaust unless the manufacture say differently.

Who's 280 cam do you have? If it is a Stipe advancing will improve it. Our 280 cam (Chaffin's) is already advanced and advancing it more will hurt the performance.
