It looks to be a later "posed" photograph.

They are still there in the same building in Weston Vt. "Family owned and operated since 1946."

BTW - Statistics show Wisconsin provides 70% of the cheese consumed in the USA. (Conclusion? The vast majority of us are 'Cheeseheads'!)

"Family owned and operated since 1946" could mean the CURRENT family. The store's initial operation may pre-date their acquisition....

I bought my T only a couple of miles from there!

That picture is from their 1946 catalog, when they first opened that store.
