Where the sun has got to the seat, it is faded. Not bad but was wondering if there was a way to bring the color back so it would all match. I have read where you could mix ammonia with water but couldn't use it on wool. Any tips on this?

This is the fabric.

Oneal, the green weft threads in your upholstery have not just faded, they have broken down. They are missing in places. Little bits are displaced in between the stripes. It looks like some little bugs have taken a liking to green feed and have attacked it, just as moths do on food stains on clothing made from natural fibres. Thankfully, the warp threads seem intact, so the fabric should hold up.

Allan from down under.
