By R.V. Anderson on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 - 04:17 pm:They are the same as the starter mounting screws, 5/16 x 18; the transmission door screws are the same size and thread, just shorter. (If you have installed an oil screen with its extra gasket and the original door screws are too short, the longer starter screws can be substituted and will look perfectly original as the heads are the same.)
