By Mark Gregush Portland Oregon on Sunday, July 23, 2017 - 02:49 pm:You can not buy a cap/rotor for the 600 type clip-on distributor from any parts suppliers nor NAPA. I do not have the guys name at hand that has the correct caps and rotors. Google "mtfca.com Bosch distributor" and his name should come up in one of the strings in the last couple of months. They will not be cheap.
The kits sold are for the front plate type distributor not the clip on's.
You might be able to adapt a 009 type but you would have to make your own shaft and most base castings would need to be bored out and bushing installed. Would not work to just install and new shaft and head if the shaft is wobbling about in it's hole.
