I just got two trailer loads of T parts ( still not unloaded ) and found this Mueller Bros auto lock, has anyone ever seen one or know the application? any one have one?

You might try the throttle lever through the hole on one end and the slot on the other end on the quadrant on the spark lever side. The point might be pointed up and prevent the wheel from turning and the curved portion go around the gear case. A padlock could secure the devise where the groove goes on the quadrant. Clear as mud.

Would the long tail go in the opposite direction? Maybe with the notch on a spoke of the steering wheel?

They put that square notch in the end for some specific purpose.

Try it from underneath with a steering wheel spoke in the square notch and hooked around the levers...I'm thinking the sharp "arrow" points to the floor.
