Looks like a nice car. I wonder if it has a radio to go with the antenna. If it has been resting in his garage since 1977, why does it have a 1992 license plate.
Could be he kept the plates updated for a while after parking or we would have to know what the Utah rules are regarding antique cars.
I originally thought the same, but it is the correct historical vehicle plate from the 1970's, it just that the plates sequence number happens to be "1992".
Nice car though...
