Way to go.

OR
Dare I post this?
Tom, please do not take offense and note that my tongue is firmly implanted in my cheek as I'm chuckling out loud/typing. :-)
A man by the name of Rootlieb, that works with sheet metal and hails from Turlock hasn't a scrap of tin on his lizzy 'cept for a tank. :-)
:-)
20 years? That has to feel grand.
It's absolutely gorgeous.

Tom,
The C cab looks fantastic.

I really like where you place the coil.
Can you get a closer pic?
Did you use a regular round coil bracket?

Steve, it uses a standard coil brkt. I drill two 5/16" holes in the side of the frame, making sure I keep the hood hold down and hood sill holes on the top of the frame, between the holes for the coil brkt. That is the only way the coil will fit in this location. I cut two 5/16"i.d. water pipes 1 1/4" long to space the coil brkt. flush with the inside edge of the frame. It keeps the coil away from the engine heat and in the flow of cool air running past the frame. Hope this helps.
